I worked for one for 12 years and never really complained as i was only doing it part time but in the end I should have been offered a full time job and I was also entitled to other benefits like paid leave, medical insurance and pension payments.
They had ways of getting around this and it and you basically have no choice but to go with the flow as jobs like this are hard to get in the first place.
The dispatch companies get paid a lot from the schools to do little work. They pay the teachers enough to just keep them going and not much more.
